Who we are:
Mikial for Calibration and Industrial Consultation (MCIC) was founded in 2017 by a group of experts in the field of pharmaceutical and chemical industries with a vast knowledge in GxP. Today, we operate out of a modern facility in Amman - Jordan, that features environmentally controlled lab. Between our full-service calibration laboratory and onsite work at client facilities, we conduct electronic, mechanical, thermal and dimensional calibrations.
Jordan’s Newest and most modern calibration lab and consultation service provider, we are serving wide range of industries such as pharma, medical equipment, cosmetics, veterinary and food and beverage in Jordan and abroad. MCIC is following the ISO/ICE 17025:2017 standard and in compliance with cGMP, GLP and WHO guidelines and regulations.

Our mission is to respond to market needs for calibration, validation and consultancy using creativity, flexibility, production depth and technical expertise in performing simple or complex tasks with total focus on customer satisfaction by maintaining an environment dedicated to quality, capability and timeliness. We give clients the confidence that their equipment is taking accurate measurements and can stand up to any inspectional or auditing process. And we consistently deliver what we promise, according to schedule.
Clients also count on MCIC for the ultimate in convenience. Having a vast array of calibration equipment, we can address all the calibration needs of any business. We serve a wide range of industries can calibrate instruments across all major disciplines.
Furthermore, we offer a fast turnaround on most calibration services (including overnight and four-day service) and can schedule onsite service.
Equipment-handling specialist who operate our delivery vans, we maintain our technical competence and training.
 

Quality of Services
The MCIC Quality System is following ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The management system requirements in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (sec. 4) are written pertinent to laboratory operations and meet the principles of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Requirements. MCIC meets the technical competence and management system requirements necessary to consistently deliver technically valid test results and calibrations.

MCIC Policy:
MCIC commit to provide professional service to its customers by providing the highest
levels of quality calibration services that comply with the regulatory standards of the
ISO/IEC 17025 certification through:
- The commitment to demonstrating compliance to third party certification, and to
improving our quality management system continuously
- Ensuring that the quality of calibration and test results are based on the application
of updated reference or validated test methods and equipment, trained and
responsible personnel, all in accordance with the rules of cGMP, GLP and ISO/IEC
17025:2017.
- Continuously and regularly participating in relevant international Proficiency Test or Inter-laboratory comparisons in order to confirm the testing capabilities of MCIC laboratory and ensure international traceability of results. - Continuously following the development of testing and measurement techniques and working on the development and improvement of test methods and their application in practice to cope with clients’ requirements.
MCIC staff is systematically educated, trained and motivated to use their work knowledge and positive experiences in the process of development and improvement of MCIC management systems and laboratory calibration capabilities. Laboratory management will maintain good relations and high level of satisfaction among employees.
MCIC shall establish regular and quality communication and relations with all interested parties to mutual satisfaction. In doing so, we shall provide professional assistance in rising and confirming their metrological performance to all laboratories acting as a part of the metrological system under the supervision of Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology (JISM) - This quality policy has been adopted at management review and is obligatory for all laboratory personnel who is familiarized with MCIC quality and documentation systems, and capable of implementing this policy and related procedures MCIC is committed to protect its clients’ confidential information and proprietary right
